    Piret specializes in administrative law with an emphasis on real estate and energy-related matters. She has extensive experience in advising clients on issues related to the environment, construction and planning, infrastructure projects, various utility problems, and renewable energy production. Among other things, Piret has advised clients on several wind farm disputes and court cases for the planning of Rail Baltica high-speed railway that has attracted public attention, as well as in case concerning the investigation into the causes of the sinking of the passenger ferry MS Estonia. WALLESS lawyers, led by Piret Kergandberg and Angela Kase, published a Handbook of Construction Law that focuses on explaining key legal issues in construction (WALLESS/Äripäev 2022).

      Informuojame, kad nuo 2025 m. sausio 1 d. buvo pakeistas Bendrųjų sutarties sąlygų 7.6 punktas:
      7.6. Sąskaitos už suteiktas paslaugas paprastai išrašomos klientui kiekvieną mėnesį. Sąskaitoje nurodyta suma turi būti pilnai apmokėta per 15 (penkiolika) kalendorinių dienų nuo sąskaitos datos. Mes siunčiame sąskaitas elektronine forma (PDF, Word arba Excel formatais) (be fizinio parašo) el. paštu. Jei Klientas reikalauja specialios sąskaitų faktūrų formos ar procedūros, arba sąskaitų faktūrų ar sąskaitų duomenų įkėlimo į Kliento ar trečiosios šalies platformą ar panašią sistemą, mes taikysime 50 EUR administracinį mokestį už kiekvieną vienos ar kelių sąskaitų pateikimą, kuris gali būti peržiūrėtas laikas nuo laiko. Mes pasiliekame teisę perduoti finansinės apskaitos vedimą, taip pat sąskaitų išrašymą ir išsiuntimą tretiesiems paslaugų tiekėjams, saistomiems tokių pačių konfidencialumo įsipareigojimų, kokie yra nurodyti šių Bendrųjų sąlygų 6.1 punkte.
