Our firm represents and advises a real estate developer in the reconstruction and extension of a residential apartment building in the very heart of Tallinn. The project is complex due to several factors, e.g. access to the construction site is limited as it is located next to a public transport hub, the building is subject to cultural heritage restrictions.
We also represented the client successfully in administrative court proceedings initiated by owner of a neighbouring plot of land. We won the case in all court instances.
