WALLESS contributed as an expert of real estate law to the project “Tallinn Urban Regeneration: Land Use Review and Development Partnership Models” commissioned by the EBRD

WALLESS team led by managing partner Piret Kergandberg provided legal advice on technical cooperation to the Tallinn City Government, the Port of Tallinn and the EBRD project “Tallinn Urban Regeneration: Land-Use Review and Development Partnership Models”. The project was financed by the EBRD and managed by Tyréns (London, GB), interested parties included Tallinn City Government and the Port of Tallinn. The aim of the project was to develop models for public and private partnerships for the future urban regeneration projects in Tallinn.​
