Structural Support

European structural and investment funds (Cohesion, European Regional Development , European Social Agricultural and Rural Development Funds and other funds), or euro subsidies in common understanding, contribute to the economic development of the Member States and reduce the disparities in development between European regions. Experts from the WALLESS team have extensive experience in preparing grant applications, assessing compliance with the requirements for the use of grants and in project implementation stage, including processes of possible misuse of grants. Our clients have been both grant applicants (from the public and private sector) and grant-granting agencies. We have represented clients in disputes concerning structural support at all levels of the court, thereby helping to shape court practice.
