Advancing Renewable Energy: WALLESS advised Latvenergo on the strategic acquisition of six solar power plants, reaching a combined capacity of 37,9 MW.

Latvenergo is a Latvian state-owned company specializing in electricity and thermal energy production and trading.
This expansion is a strategic move to diversify Latvenergo’s existing energy generation portfolio. It underscores the company’s commitment to bolstering its long-term value to the Latvian economy through sustainable and renewable energy sources. With this latest acquisition, the total capacity of AS “Latvenergo”‘s solar energy projects in the Baltic states now impressively stands at 400 MW.
