Provendi Asset Management AIFP has extended its portfolio with three new properties in Riga

The Baltic real estate market continues to grow and develop. The real estate fund “Indexo Real Estate Fund”, managed by “Provendi Asset Management AIFP”, has signed an agreement with “Eastnine” to acquire three commercial properties – office buildings at Zaļā iela 1 and Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 62/62A, as well as a nearby retail property. 

The total transaction value exceeds EUR 38 million and is still subject to competition authority approval.
