Simona has over 20 years of experience in high-profile litigation. Since 2021 she was designated to the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators for the Settlement of Investment Disputes by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. Simona is also a member of the committee supervising the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, appointed to the position by the Minister of Justice. Simona’s vast experience as both an arbitrator and a litigator, along with her deep knowledge of civil and commercial law adds value to her legal work with clients. Her expertise in the area of liability for damages at both national and international levels has made her an expert in the field of civil liability.
