Simona has over 20 years of experience in high-profile litigation. Since 2021 she was designated to the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators for the Settlement of Investment Disputes by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. Simona is also a member of the committee supervising the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, appointed to the position by the Minister of Justice. Simona’s vast experience as both an arbitrator and a litigator, along with her deep knowledge of civil and commercial law adds value to her legal work with clients.
