WALLESS advised Scandagra Group in the Acquisition of Grain Trade Businesses from Avena Nordic Grain
Scandagra Group, one of the leading grain trading companies in the Baltic States, has now become the owner of Avena’s business and assets in Lithuania and Estonia.
According to J. Puodžiuvelis, CEO of the Scanagra Group, this development will allow the group to strengthen its teams, expand its client base, become more efficient, and provide farmers with more services from a single source.
