Representation of Kohila municipality in a procurement dispute over an abnormally low bid

Senior Associate Priit Lember represented Kohila municipality in a difficult procurement dispute. A couple of tenderers disputed a decision to dismiss their tender due to abnormally low price. The dispute ended when the parties reached a mutual understanding and the tenderers rescinded their review request. The contracting authorities decision remained valid and undisputed.
