Vygintas Kuprys

Vygintas has over 11 years of experience representing private entities and public authorities in public procurement, construction, real estate development projects, including dispute resolution in courts. His experience covers the entire development process, from territorial planning and land use matters, agreements with participants of construction process to assistance in coordination of construction process and resolution of territorial panning, land use and construction disputes. Among his professional strengths are understanding of the business operations of the client and business needs, as well as excellent communication skills with international and local enterprises, their in-house, external counsels, and public authorities of Lithuania.
