Kaidi is a lawyer specialising in administrative law, constitutional law and real estate. Having worked for 10 years as an advisor to the Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court, Kaidi has been involved in a wide range of litigation in the fields of construction and planning law, local government law, social law, public service, supervisory procedure, administrative court proceedings, etc. In addition, Kaidi has served as an intern at the Tartu Administrative Court, she was a seminar instructor for the legal argumentation and analysis course at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu. Also, she has experience as a sports arbitrator and has been a member of the Election Committee of the City of Tartu since 2018.
