WALLESS acting as a buy-side legal advisor advised on the acquisition of the Conti Hotel building. Conti Hotel is located in the central historic part of Vilnius, Lithuania, and was developed and operated by a private investor.

 WALLESS team advised the client on all legal aspects of the acquisition.
