WALLESS Advised Vilniaus Baldai on Borrowing EUR 37.8 Million from the EBRD and Citadele Bank Lithuania

WALLESS Partner Dovilė Burgienė and Associate Enrika Tamašauskaitė assisted Vilniaus Baldai in getting support from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and AS Citadele Banka Lithuanian branch. Vilniaus Baldai, Lithuania’s furniture supplier, received the parallel loan of EUR 37.8 million for the expansion and modernization. The loan will help the company improve its production capacity.

Vilniaus Baldai will build a new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant to replace its current facilities and consolidate its operations in one location. As a result, the production process will become more efficient. It will also lead to a significant reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, energy consumption and solid waste production. WALLESS Construction Team led by Partner dr. Evaldas Klimas is also advising Vilniaus Baldai on all the new plant building related matters.
