Tanel specializes in contractual matters and disputes, administrative proceedings, public procurement, and many other areas. He has experience in penal law and criminal proceedings and has worked as an investigator at the Economic Crime Investigation Division of Tartu Police Prefecture. He is an active lecturer in the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu, conducting seminars on Introduction to Legal Analysis and Argumentation. Tanel’s background includes working at the Supreme Court and directing the Estonian Law Centre Foundation which arranges training of the judges, prosecutors, lawyers.
