As of 30 January 2020, WALLESS changed its legal form and became professional partnership acting in accordance with Art. 28 of the Law on Lithuanian Bar. Professional partnership „WALLESS Burgienė, Rečiūnas ir partneriai“ registration number is 305403563, VAT number is LT100012862514. The partnership has assumed all rights and obligations of the law firm and will continue to do business as usual.
