WALLESS Assisted Affidea with Acquisition of Medicinos Paslaugų Grupė

With the help of WALLESS, Affidea has successfully completed the acquisition of UAB Medicinos Paslaugų Grupė (MPG) expanding its presence in Lithuania from 11 to 23 centers. WALLESS Managing Partner Dovilė Burgienė, Partner Laura Ziferman, Senior Associates Artūras Grimaila, Giedrė Padaigienė, Associates Giedrė Banytė, Guoda Šileikytė and others advised on the legal matters of the purchase of the shares from LitCapital I KŪB fund.

With this investment, Affidea’s network in Lithuania has grown to provide medical care to over 250 000 patients every year and to employ over 420 dedicated health professionals out of whom approximately 200 are coming from MPG.
