Representing the Sellers in a Transaction to Sell Shares in Medical Treatment Centers Eglė and Nemunas

INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund managed by INVL Asset Management is growing its investment portfolio and has signed an agreement to acquire Eglės Sanatorija, operator of the largest rehabilitation and post-acute care treatment centers in the Baltics, and Nemunas, one of the most modern medical treatment centers. Clearance from the Lithuanian Competition Council is required in order to close the transaction.

Celebrating its 50^th anniversary, Eglės Sanatorija will benefit from the investments of its new owners to renew its facilities and offer more diverse and better treatments to its customers.
