Representation of Kohila municipality in a procurement dispute

Public Procurement experts Priit Lember and Pilleriin Peedosk defended Kohila municipality in a dispute. The dispute was about the right (or the lack of it) of successful tenderer to rescind its offer due to negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic; and the obligation of the tenderer to remunerate damages caused by withdrawal of its offer. Finally, the parties reached a compromise and the decision of the contracting authority was not annulled.
