Court satisfied damages claim of Tallinna Prügilagaas OÜ

Our lawyers represented Tallinna Prügilagaas OÜ in claiming damages from a designer and builder of a landfill-gas electricity and heat co-generation (CHP) plant. Our client had ordered a custom-made CHP plant, but the design proved to be unsuitable for the given location. Courts satisfied the claim in full and awarded our client both damages for repairing and modifing the plant as well as damages for the loss of profit.
