Baltic Horizon and International School of Riga signs one of the largest office agreements in Riga in 2024

Shaping spaces for meaningful change: International School of Riga (ISR) is set to create a modern, expanded campus in the S27 building, thanks to one of Riga’s largest office lease agreements for 2024, secured by Baltic Horizon Fund. The 3,680 m² space in the vibrant Skanste district will provide an inspiring environment for ISR’s growing secondary school community.

WALLESS team, led by Kristīne Gaigule Šāvēja, Evaldas Klimas, Indrė Jonaitytė-Gricė, Laura Tumiņa, and Emīls Klāvs Liepiņš, collaborated with Baltic Horizon and partner agents to ensure smooth delivery of the project’s goals.
