Deal of the year: INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund has purchased “Egles sanatorija” and “Nemunas” wellness centres

After the final approval from the Lithuanian Competition Council, private equity investment fund INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund has purchased the largest rehabilitation and post-acute care treatment center in the Baltics “Eglės sanatorija” and “Nemunas”, one of the most modern medical treatment centers, located in Birstonas.

The WALLESS team that included Dovilė Burgienė, dr. Darius Miniotas, dr. Aistė Medelienė, Artūras Grimaila, Guoda Šileikytė, Miglė Jeremičiūtė, Enrika Tamašauskaitė, and Austė Lideikytė served as legal advisers for the sellers and helped in sealing the deal.

According to McKinsey, wellness is now a $1,5 trillion market globally. With the focus on healthy life and work balance becoming an absolute priority, it is prime time for the Lithuanian wellness industry to aim even higher and secure the leading quality service provider position in the Baltics.
