Gerardas has over 12 years of experience in different fields of law, mainly in litigation and greenfield investment. He was leading the development of various regulatory initiatives, including the “Green corridor” for large-scale investors, and the expansion of FEZs and industrial territories. He has also contributed to the simplification of territorial planning and construction procedures for investors in Lithuania. Furthermore, Gerardas has a Ph.D. in Criminal law from Vilnius University and is a lecturer with an interest in white-collar crimes.
