WALLESS Lithuanian and Latvian teams advised a Lithuanian-UK private healthcare provider Northway on its expansion into Latvia. WALLESS helped with all aspects of Northway’s acquisition of fertility and reproductive health clinic “Your Doctors” (Jūsu Ārsti”) operating in Latvia and is continuing with the legal support for the acquired Latvian company.

We are proud to have completed one of many transactions in the highly regulated healthcare sector in the Baltic countries. Key person who have worked on the matter was Andis Ozoliņš who in addition to being an attorney also has a medical degree.
