WALLESS advised Capitalica Baltic Real Estate Fund I in relation to the issue of EUR 3 million bonds that were successfully placed during October 2020 and listed on First North market of NASDAQ Vilnius.

The issue of bonds is aimed at raising capital for the development of the office complex “Verde” in the Latvian capital city Riga.
