WALLESS helped an energy producer avoid unfounded connection charges

Our dispute resolution experts Elmer Muna and Priit Lember defended Imavere Energia OÜ, owner of a electric plant, against unfounded connection charges of a network operator. The network operator had built a joint substation for two new electrical plants, but made a mistake dividing the costs. The operator then attempted to recover these costs from our client. The court did not satisfy the claim.
