WALLESS defends successfully against excessive and unjustified surveillance

WALLESS’ client was indicted for VAT and income tax fraud based on extensive surveillance acitivities by the Tax and Customs Authority and the National Criminal Police. Elmer successfully argued and convinced the court that the surveillance activities were disproportionate and amounted to an unjustified infringement of basic human rights and constitutional rights in a democratic society.
