WALLESS assisted KOOL Latvija – new concept service station in a deal for attracting new investors which resulted in BaltCap Growth Fund EuVECA usaldusfond an investment fund registered in Estonia becoming one of the shareholders of KOOL Latvija, SIA. The transaction also included drafting of amendments to the existing shareholders’ agreement.
