WALLESS Advised Managers on a Regulation S €300 Million Bond Issue by Ignitis Grupė

BNP Paribas, Citi and J.P. Morgan as Joint Lead Managers and Luminor as Co-manager have chosen WALLESS to advise them on the issue by Ignitis Grupė of € 300 million senior unsecured bonds under its updated €1.5 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme. UAB Ignitis Grupė (formerly known as Lietuvos Energija), one of the largest energy groups in the Baltics, is 100 percent owned by the government of the Republic of Lithuania. The central business activities are energy generation, distribution and supply in the Baltic region as well as the development of innovative energy solutions. It is not the first time of WALLESS, Managers’ and Ignitis’ teams working together.
