WALLESS Acting as a Buy-Side Legal Advisor Advised on the Acquisition of the East Hill Office Building

WALLESS acting as a buy-side legal advisor advised on the acquisition of the East Hill office building, which forms part of the PARK TOWN business center. WALLESS team advised the client on all aspects of the transaction, including structuring the portfolio transaction, financing, negotiation, signing of the sale and purchase agreement, tax, and other. The transaction completed the acquisition by the same investor of a property portfolio consisting of two PARK TOWN office buildings – West Hill (transaction closed in September 2018) and East Hill (transaction closed in June 2020). The PARK TOWN business center was developed by “Darnu Group”. It has a joint leasable area space of 22,000 sq. m. Both West Hill and East Hill buildings are A-class properties located in the central business district in Vilnius, Lithuania. The buildings are leased to international or local companies such as Yara Lietuva, Mars Lietuva, KPMG Baltics, Tieto Lietuva, Regus Business Centres Vilnius, and others.
