Rivaro Holdings acquires shares in Rīgas Starptautiskā autoosta
A significant transaction has been completed in Riga’s transport infrastructure sector. SIA “Rīgas satiksme” subsidiary SIA “Rīgas acs” has entered into an agreement to sell its 49.99% stake in AS “Rīgas Starptautiskā autoosta” to SIA “Rivaro Holding” for a total consideration of EUR 3.82 million.
Through this transaction, Rivaro Holding acquires a shareholding in the company and plans to invest in its further development, including infrastructure improvements and strengthening its role as part of Riga’s future transport hub in connection with Rail Baltica.
The transaction was supported by WALLESS Partner Sintija Radionova, Partner Expert Aivars Lošmanis and Senior Associate Baiba Krieviņa-Sutora, advising on the structuring of the transaction, reviewing transaction documentation and participating in negotiations.
