Landmark win for Forum Cinemas AS against former director

Just before voted down and leaving office, a former management board member of Forum Cinemas AS made a series of damaging transactions and appropriated company property. Partner Elmer Muna and Senior Associate Priit Lember helped Forum Cinemas AS solve the issues and claim damages from the former management board member. The case reached the Supreme Court, which made a landmark ruling regarding the duties and liability of management board members.
