Courts uphold Solaris Kino OÜ’s lease agreement and dismiss the claims of the lessor

Senior Associate Priit Lember and partner Erki Kergandberg helped Solaris Kino OÜ to solve issues with its lessor regarding cancellation of the cinema’s lease contract. The court ruled in our favour and deemed the lessor’s actions unlawful. The cinema was allowed to continue its operation.
