Breakthrough moment: Bank of Lithuania grants license in Šiaulių bankas and INVL merger

WALLESS is proud to share a major milestone in merger journey of Šiaulių bankas and INVL. The Bank of Lithuania has granted a license to SB Asset Management, which is a step towards successful closing of the transaction.

SB Asset Management was established for the purpose of the merger transaction, and with this license, it is empowered to manage a variety of funds to be transferred from INVL Asset Management.
