Katrin Alliksaar

Katrin has over 20 years of work experience in both the private and public sectors. She has worked in the insurance sector as well as in various Estonian ministries, drafting legislation and providing advice on regulatory matters within the ministries’ areas of governance, particularly in issues related to transportation, energy, telecommunications, state infrastructure, and state information systems. Katrin has extensive experience in public law matters, particularly in the field of public procurement. She has participated in several projects focusing on advising both government agencies and other clients on the legality of using European Union funds and on disputes related to private and public law.
