As of 27th June new Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) came into force. This is very important for all companies that transfer personal data to third countries.

Therefore, WALLESS introduces you to new SCCs and explains how these changes affect data transfers to USA, UK and rest of the world.

Those companies that have implemented the old SCCs can rely on them as transfer safeguards for a transition period but must have in mind the timeline for essential actions and changes in their services (or other) agreements.
