WALLESS advised the buyer in the acquisition of Radisson Blu Hotel Klaipeda, located in Klaipeda city, Lithuania. Previously owned by Baltic Holding AS, the hotel area comprises 3 490 square meters and has 74 rooms. 

Although the hospitality sector was one of the hardest-hit commercial property sectors during the pandemic, investments in hotels are still on the rise and can be a profitable solution in the near future.
