Negotiation skills workshop in Tartu

Negotiation skills can also be practised! Last week, we hosted law students in our Tartu office to practice the art of contract negotiations with a real contract project.

Head of WALLESS’ Tartu office, partner Margo Lemetti, and partner Edgar-Kaj Velbri introduced the different stages of an M&A deal. The students were guided in their negotiations by attorneys Piret Kergandberg, Kevin Kõo, Tanel Kask and Allan All. Although representing the interests of their “clients” required thought and effort, the students were exceptionally thorough and diligent.
