Lawyer Kaidi Tarros joined WALLESS in Estonia

WALLESS is growing! We are very happy to have a new member in our team – warm welcome, Kaidi Tarros!

Kaidi is a lawyer specialising in administrative law, constitutional law and real estate. She has a wealth of experience from years of work in the Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court and the Tartu City Government. Kaidi has been involved in a wide range of litigations in the fields of construction and planning law, local government law, social law, public service, supervisory procedure, and administrative court proceedings. In addition, Kaidi has acted as a seminar instructor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu, and as an arbitrator. She has also been a member of the Election Committee of the City of Tartu since 2018. According to Kaidi, her strengths lie in strong analytical skills.
