In partnership with EÕÜL giving an insight to the deal-making universe to law students in Tartu

What does a transaction process look like, why is Due Diligence necessary and what exactly needs to be checked before an upcoming deal? WALLESS partners Minni-Triin Park and Margo Lemetti together with Attorney at Law Margus Kõiva helped to find answers to these practical questions together with law students in Tartu. It was fascinating for the students to find out, that a legal adviser can become a kind of a detective when preparing for a deal. We hope that the meeting sparked a deeper interest towards deal advisory.
