In business disputes, AI is becoming part of the preparation process, but it is not a replacement for lawyers’ judgment. It can speed up analysis, help identify weaknesses in the opposing position, and make it easier to work through large volumes of case material. Knowing what to do with that output is where the real challenge lies.
A well-written argument is not always a strong legal argument, and responsibility for strategy and the final outcome remains with people.
