Walless advised Capitalica Green Logistics Fund on the acquisition of a logistics centre

SBA Grupe investment management company Capitalica Asset Management, which develops office complex “Verde”, acquired a logistics center in Ulbrokas Street, Dreilini. This is the second fund transaction in Latvia; it supplemented the fund’s portfolio, which currently includes three logistics complexes in Estonia and two in Latvia.
