WALLESS represents BOLT in a landmark damages dispute

Senior Associate Priit Lember represented BOLT, one of the most successful tech companies in Estonia, in a damages dispute. A client used BOLT’s app to order a car. The car ended up in a traffic accident and the client was hurt. The case was noteworthy, being first of its kind in Estonia to involve the issue of app-developers liability for services rendered via the app.
