ESTONIAN TEAM partners contributed to improving Estonia’s investment environment

ESTONIAN TEAM partners Hannes Vallikivi, Rolan Jankelevitsh and Andres Siigur in cooperation with experts from CMS London and Luxembourg offices prepared a report to the EBRD on Estonia’s new investment fund legislation. The report focuses on regulation and taxation of private equity and venture capital funds with the aim to assess new regulation’s suitability to market needs.
