TKM Grupp’s subsidiary TKM Latvija has successfully sold a supermarket in Salaspils

TKM Grupp’s subsidiary, TKM Latvija, has successfully sold a 3,279 m² supermarket in Salaspils City, located at Rīgas Street 24. The supermarket’s main tenants include the grocery chain Elvi and Pepco, one of Europe’s fastest-growing retail brands.
