Represents Novira Capital in a complex financing transaction

Represented Novira Capital, Estonian real estate financing and development company, in a complex financing transaction of real estate and company share acquisition in relation to undeveloped real estate in the central part of Riga.
The transaction involved financing of acquisition of claims from a major Austrian bank Raiffeisen Bank International AG and target company`s shares from Austria based real estate developer Soravia Real Estate Development GmbH, as well as restructuring of secured claims and onward sale of the real estate to Lithuania based investment fond Capitalica Baltic Real Estate Fund I.
The work on the project started in January of 2018 with closing in August 2018. The legal team of WALLESS included partner Kristīne Gaigule – Šāvēja and Senior Associate Andis Ozoliņš.
