Representing the interests of the head coach of the Latvian national football team

At the beginning of April 2018, the Latvian Football Federation decided to release Aleksandrs Starkovs from the position of the head coach of the Latvian national team by inviting Finnish specialist Mixu Paatelainen to that position. During negotiations, the parties had failed to agree on a mutually satisfactory solution, therefore lawyers were involved. In the pre-trial stage of the proceedings, Law firm managed to convince the Latvian Football Federation and their lawyers of the validity of the opinion of Law firm, and therefore the compensation to the former head coach of the Latvian national team has to be paid in full.
