J55 logistics park: transforming business with innovation and EUR 70 million investment

New J55 logistics park is here to change the game! Committed to innovation and flexibility, it meets the evolving needs of businesses for growth and efficiency. The complex offers over 100,000 sqm of space, including warehouses, retail, and administrative areas, with a whopping investment of over EUR 70 million.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), along with Swedbank Lietuvoje, has granted a EUR 16 million syndicated loan for the J55 logistics center developed by Sirin Development in Vilnius.
