IKI Lietuva takes full ownership of LastMile, expanding reach and variety across the country

Ready for growth: IKI Lietuva recently strengthened its role in food delivery by acquiring full ownership of the LastMile platform.  

LastMile will further expand its product range and reach even more cities across the country. 

On IKI Lietuva journey, WALLESS provided strategic legal guidance to bring this acquisition to a successful close.
