European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Swedbank cofinanced a warehouse park in Vilnius, designed with the future in mind

A major step forward for logistics in Vilnius: SIRIN Development is bringing around 100,000 square metres of sustainable, modern warehouse infrastructure to a strategic location in the city.

Financed by a € 48.4 million facility co-led by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Swedbank Lietuvoje, this project is set to establish a new standard for logistics in the Baltics.

WALLESS was happy to support EBRD in this project. Partner Gediminas Rečiūnas and Junior Associate Gina Petkevičiūtė, together with other parties involved, played a role in making this initiative a reality.
