Empowering Šiaulių bankas journey: from securing licenses to driving capital growth

Driving success in the SB Group journey! As we progress in finalizing the SB and INVL transaction, we’ve contributed to the approval by the Bank of Lithuania | Lietuvos bankas of the share capital increase of life insurance company SB draudimas from EUR 4.1 million to EUR 17.1 million.

This is one more step towards completion of closing of SB and INVL transaction on which we are working since the beginning of 2023.
